Terms and conditions for client workshops
These terms and conditions cover the relationship between Raymond Hofmann Management (rhm) and the client organisation (client).
The fee for the workshop is as specified in the workshop description online or as quoted in a tailored offer. It does not include 7.7% VAT (applicable for Swiss customers only). The fee includes workshop documentation.
2. WORKSHOP INFRASTRUCTURE AND ADDITIONAL EXPENSES
The client is responsible to provide a suitable workshop location and infrastructure, typically on their own premises. Should rhm have to provide workshop location and infrastructure, the additional cost will be charged to the client. Workshop location and infrastructure are not included in the regular workshop fee.
Usually, the workshop fee includes both travel time and expenses. In the case of exceptionally long travel time and/or high expenses, rhm reserves the right to negotiate at least partial reimbursement of the additional costly the client. rhm is under no obligation to conduct the workshop for the fee specified in the workshop description before a mutual agreement is reached.
3. BOOKING PROCESS & CONFIRMATION
The client sends a booking request (via online booking form or email) to rhm. rhm then gets in touch with the client to discuss timing, logistics and additional expenses (if applicable) and extends a formal offer to conduct the workshop. Once accepted and confirmed by the client, the booking becomes binding for both parties.
4. PAYMENT, REFUND AND CANCELLATION TERMS
Full payment is required at the time of confirming the booking. Cancellations are possible under the following terms:
full refund up to 30 days before the workshop
50% refund up to 10 days before the workshop
no refund thereafter
5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
rhm is committed to accurate, state-of-the-art information in the workshop materials for the course. However, we provide no warranty regarding the accuracy or completeness of any included or referenced information. We cannot guarantee our clients any personal, professional or organisational success in relation to and after completion of a workshop.
All materials provided for workshops are owned by rhm or third party providers. No content in whole or in part may be copied, reproduced, or distributed in any way without the prior written permission of rhm. Any such use is strictly prohibited and will constitute an infringement of copyright and other intellectual property rights.
rhm will treat client information as strictly confidential and not share any material or information gained with unauthorised third parties. rhm commits to protect the privacy and confidentiality of the client organisation and its individual workshop participants. rhm reserves the right, however, to use select client cases as a basis for future case studies and teaching material in disguised format. No client names will be used or references to specific, easily identifiable client situations will be made without the prior, written consent of the client organisation.
8. GOVERNING LAW AND PLACE OF JURISDICTION
Any dispute arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Liestal, Baselland, and the contract will be governed by Swiss substantive law.
In case these terms and conditions do not cover certain issues, the general terms and conditions by rhm apply.
